Answers before you ask.
Please allow up to 2 business days after carrier delivery for products to be added to your inventory. ALL items must be added to your inbound system. Items not in the system upon arrival will delay receipt. If the item is NOT in the system upon arrival, it will be put on hold and we will contact you. Please wait 48 hours after delivery before contacting us about missing items.
Yes. Every inbound shipment is unloaded, inspected, counted and verified. Any damage or discrepancy is documented before it enters your active inventory.
We provide complimentary storage for inventory that is actively moving through our fulfillment process. As long as products are being regularly processed and shipped, no storage fees apply.
Inventory that remains inactive for more than 60 consecutive days may be considered abandoned and, at the Company's discretion, may be discarded, liquidated, donated or recycled without compensation.
We receive and open each return, inspect the product and packaging, and assign a condition grade. Eligible items are restocked as new; non-new items can be resold through our marketplace accounts under the appropriate condition — recovering value that would otherwise be lost.

Yes. We offer kitting, custom packaging, and light assembly.
Yes. Existing clients who refer a new customer receive 5% of the referred client's monthly spending as an account credit — every month for as long as the referral remains active.
Yes, you are welcome to drop off your inventory at our warehouse dock.
Yes, we build pallets and include shipping documents on request.
You submit FBA orders directly through our system.
No. All products are stored indoors in a secure warehouse, but we do not provide temperature-controlled or refrigerated storage. We cannot accept products that require specific temperature conditions.
No. We require 2 business days for receiving and processing inbound shipments.
