Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must not access or use our website or services.

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age.

Account & Verification

If we reasonably believe that the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, fraudulent, or cannot be verified, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account until the matter has been resolved.

By registering, you authorize the Company to request any additional information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or validate your account.

Receiving Address & Package Delivery

Upon account approval, you will be assigned a unique U.S. receiving address that includes your individual suite or inventory identification number.

In certain situations, a carrier's tracking information may indicate that a shipment has been delivered when it was actually misdelivered to another address or facility.

The Company is not responsible for packages that are incorrectly delivered by the carrier. Resolution of such claims remains the responsibility of the Customer and the shipping carrier.

The Company reserves the right to refuse shipments that exceed the maximum dimensions or weight limitations supported by our facility, equipment, carrier partners, or marketplace requirements.

Carrier Responsibility

The Company's responsibility is limited to the services performed within our facilities.

Once shipments have been tendered to the carrier selected by the Customer and a tracking number has been issued, responsibility for transportation transfers to the Customer and the selected carrier.

The Company is not responsible for: damage occurring during transportation; carrier delays; lost shipments; mishandling by carriers or their subcontractors; delivery failures; weather-related delays; customs inspections; carrier service interruptions; or any events occurring after the shipment has left our facility.

Storage & Abandoned Inventory

We provide complimentary storage for inventory that is actively moving through our fulfillment process. As long as products are being regularly processed and shipped, no storage fees will apply.

Inventory that remains inactive for more than 60 consecutive days may be considered abandoned. At the Company's sole discretion, such inventory may be discarded, liquidated, donated, recycled, or otherwise disposed of without compensation to the Customer.
